Processing Time
Each piece is handmade. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. During busy seasons, markets, or custom work periods, processing times may be longer. If your order timing is important, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.
Shipping
We ship from Canada. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and can vary by destination and carrier service level.

- Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Order Issues
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please contact us. We will assist with a carrier inquiry where possible. Once an order is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control, but we will help you navigate next steps.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Original shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Condition: Items returned in worn, used, altered, or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. This may include (but is not limited to) earrings or other personal-wear items where applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping costs apply unless the exchange is due to damage or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
